How to save things from the web

Each guide takes a couple of minutes to read. Most things can be done two ways: paste a public link into the online downloader, or use the free Chrome extension on the page itself. The guides cover both.

For site-specific help, start with the Behance downloader, Dailymotion video downloader, Reddit video downloader or Twitch clip downloader. You can also paste a public link into the online downloader.

Start here

If you have never used a downloader: copy the link of the video, paste it into the box on the online downloader, press Find media, pick a quality, press Download. That is the whole flow, and it works for public links on most sites. When a video only plays after you sign in, or when you save things every day, the Chrome extension does the same thing with one click on the page and without the website's limits.

Common questions

Short answers to the usual questions, from "is it free" to "where do my files go", are on the FAQ page. Anything site-specific, such as which qualities a site serves or why a post needs a login, is on that site's downloader page: see TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Vimeo or the full list.
